I’ve been praying that God would give me more passion to talk to people about the Lord. As a member of the Gideons, I knew there was going to be a bible distribution at Wesley College on a Tuesday morning a few weeks ago. I had several things to do that morning, however, as I was praying for more passion while showering, the Lord reminded me what was going on with the Gideons later that day. I put everything I had to do on hold and met with several Gideons at Wesley College. We distributed 888 new testaments in a 4-hour period. I did have a chance to talk to several students and explain the plan of salvation to them. Who knows if any of them will make the decision for Christ, but a seed was planted, and as in Is 55:11, His word will not return void.
